We're looking for a Registered Care Manager to lead our team in Camberley, delivering high-quality, person-centred care to customers in their own homes. This is a rewarding and varied leadership role with the chance to make a real difference every day.

About the Role:

As our Registered Care Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading, supporting, and developing your local care team

  • Ensuring safe, high-quality, and compliant care services are delivered at all times

  • Growing and managing a sustainable care service, including care planning, risk assessments, and team resourcing

  • Building strong relationships with customers, families, carers, local authorities, and healthcare professionals

  • Promoting a positive team culture that lives and breathes our values

What We’re Looking For:

We welcome applicants from any CQC-regulated care setting, including domiciliary care, residential care, supported living, or healthcare services.

You’ll also need:

  • Experience managing teams in a regulated care environment

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

  • A solid understanding of CQC requirements and person-centred care

  • Confidence working with data, budgets, and KPIs

  • A passion for care and people

A Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care is desirable, but if you’re working towards it, we’d still love to hear from you.
