Duties:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a home care agency- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high-quality care services- Manage and supervise a team of care staff, providing guidance and support- Conduct regular assessments of service users needs and create individual care plans- Coordinate with healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies to ensure the best possible care for service users- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making improvements as necessary- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to service users.

Skills:- Relevant experience in a managerial role and business acumen- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with service users, families, and staff- In-depth knowledge of care regulations, policies, and procedures- Ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively- Proficient in computer systems and software used for record keeping.
