Join our dynamic team as a Barbering Cover Tutor, where you'll have the opportunity to work across multiple prison estates including HMP Foston Hall, HMP Drake Hall, HMP Nottingham, HMP Sudbury, HMP Stocken, and HMP Ranby.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking passionate individuals who are experts in their field with substantial experience:

• Level 2 Vocational Qualification
• Experience of delivering engaging training sessions, using a wide range of training methods to captivate and inspire learners.
• Flexibility and the ability to travel is key as you'll be delivering across a variety of sites.

While a teaching or assessing qualification is desirable, we're committed to supporting you through the process if needed.

All of our services are designed in partnership with the people who we’re trying to help and away from our direct work with people serving their sentences, we’re working hard to change attitudes towards people who can often be tarnished unfairly following criminal convictions. Our Social Recruitment Framework brings together organisations to tackle any pre-conceived ideas about hiring people who have previously been involved in crime.

We also work with employers on the Ban the Box initiative to support fair and equal recruitment processes and have engaged industry to influence our employer-led curriculum delivered to our learners.
