About the role

We have a fabulous opportunity for a pro-active and driven individual to join as an Regional Product Manager for the Packaging - North Europe Region. This would be a perfect opportunity for an ambitious, customer focused individual to come and be part of this amazing team!

This role plays a leading part in our Product Agenda by driving growth through supporting and advancing our innovation process through the gate and stage process. You will work collaboratively with divisional colleagues and cross functional squads to bring innovations through the Innovation Stage Gate process from Product Development, through to Commercialisation, driving the successful deployment of scalable solutions in the region.

Your remit will include but not limited to:

• As a member of the Commercialisation Squad, the Product Manager leads the deployment of Innovation in the region
• Collaborates with the finance, operations and design lead to effectively commercialise products into the region and ensures successful execution
• Inputs Regional product and market insights to enhance the products' value proposition
• Supports central team during opportunity scoping on leading concepts to enable priority mapping
• Works with regional category managers to define go to market strategy and identify target customers & segments
• Supports local markets in identifying & onboarding relevant target customers and implementing MVP solution
• Works with each market in the region on a market product introduction plan
• Commercialises innovation products in each market in the region, offering training, sales & market collateral and direction on sales strategy

About you

• Analytical skills to drive product portfolio management
• Experience in managing complex portfolios to drive business decision
• Technical knowledge of our materials, products, manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of commercial aspects; costing, MOVC, pricing, etc.
• Driving for results in matrix organisational structures
• Inspires, communicates and leads on the Category Product Innovation
• MS Office skills - advanced (esp. excel)
• Strong project management skills
• Fluent in English, any other European languages are a plus
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Tenacious, pragmatic, task orientated, completer finisher, resilient, bringing clarity and alignment where there is ambiguity
• Proven experience in product management role in a manufacturing environment operating across different countries.
• Experience managing cross functional teams to deliver ambitious projects
