Regional Partnerships Executive

Purpose of the role:  We are looking for a passionate and high-performing Regional Partner Executive to lead and accelerate The Magnum Ice Cream Company within Independent QSRs and Delivery Aggregators.With brands like Ben & Jerry's, Magnum, and Walls ice Cream within our portfolio, we're looking for a dedicated and committed business executive who will identify and convert growth opportunities for a portfolio of new and existing independents in a defined geographical region.

You will understand customer needs and drive total sales growth by implementing strategies to expand business within the territory. The ideal candidate will need to be able to work cross functionally and is able to build positive relationships with third party sales teams, including route to market partners and aggregator sales teams.

Key areas    

• Ownership and achievement of set KPIs for the region• Execution of regional business plans to expand customer base and identifying high value leads and growing them into profitable QSR partners• Cultivate relationships with food delivery aggregator regional teams and route to market partners• Attend food delivery partner regional team meetings, trade shows to share business/brand plans and provide support• Regular visits to new and existing customers to ensure and manage stock    availability, unlock new opportunities for growth and enhancing visibility for Ben & Jerry's by placement of point of sales material• Coordinate among multiple stakeholders at all levels internally and externally• Management of CAPEX items in the region such a Freezers by adhoc visits to sites to ensure assets are used for the purpose of storage of Ben & Jerry ice cream range

Skills/ Experience Required  

 • A dedicated and committed individual with drive to own and grow their business• Suitable experience of Customer Account management/ New Business Development• Ability to work independently and as a team member• Excellent communication and 'people skills'• A demonstrable can-do attitude• Resilience and tenacity
