As the face of the organisation in your region, you will focus on delivering our services and convening local partnerships to enhance our impactYou’ll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to helping people across the UK improve their financial wellbeing.Role OverviewThe Regional Partnership Manager will report directly to the England Partnership & Engagement Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for:Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the organisation with a wide range of external stakeholders across private, public and third sectors including local Government, local partnerships, housing associations, employer, health services and others
- Owns the development, implementation and successful delivery of the engagement strategy and business plan for their region
- Driving up traffic to & engagement with our guidance and services, to support improved business and customer outcomes, particularly for those most in need
- Growing awareness of and trust in our brand
- Works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that regional delivery is in line with overall business strategy and objectives
- Where applicable plan and deliver forums and events, handle communications and external affairs for their region which help to deliver the business plan by bringing together cross sector groups to improve customer access to help and support
- Share with external stakeholders the strategic approach to the delivery plan of the service in respect of debt, money and pensions guidance, and associated research and good practice.
- Identify and manage reputational risks in their region.
- Engage with employers to identify how the service can introduce and deliver propositions to improve how their employees can improve the way they manage their money debt and pensions.
- Foster a spirit of collaboration between organisations in their region to maximise impact for people who need support, guidance and advice in our areas of interest
- Identifies opportunities to support marketing campaigns and delivering local media interviews where applicable
- Sharing knowledge about trends and insight gained from working with external bodies and feedback knowledge from ‘the front line’ in order to shape future strategy.
...You will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience. To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- Expertise in relationship and key account management with a proven ability to influence organisations to gain buy in and engagement.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships and work effectively with a wide range of organisations both private and public sector
- The ability to connect effectively with different audiences with diverse and sometimes conflicting agendas
- Good understanding of local policy in their region and its importance to the organisation’s goals
- Good understanding of the advice services sector and / or experience of working in The Money, Debt, Pensions and advice sector
- Proven experience of working to and exceeding targets.
- Excellent presentation and networking skills.
- Demonstrable project management capability.
- Enthusiasm, drive and ‘self-starter’ abilities
- Driving Licence and use of vehicle
