Hooray are delighted to be supporting a well established client to assist in the recruitment for a Regional Housing Manager to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

As a Regional Housing Manager, you will:

  • Provide effective tenancy and leasehold management in line with policies and procedures
  • Support and manage the performance of staff who handle anti-social behaviour, tenancy changes, shared ownership and rent arrears
  • Work closely with the Head of Tenancy & Leasehold to fill voids and maximise allocation
  • Build strong relationships with tenants and other key stakeholders
  • Ensure all fire risk assessments are in place and routine inspections are carried out
  • Ensure all new services across the southwest are implemented effectively

To be successful as a Regional Housing Manager, you will:

  • Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle
  • Have extensive experience working within a housing association
  • Be able to demonstrate the ability to build strong relationships with a variety of key stakeholders
  • Have previous line management experience
  • Remain calm under pressure, and able to work to strict deadlines

In return, my client is offering an annual salary of up to £50,500 depending on experience. Please note, regular travel across the southwest will be required.
