Description

The main duties for the Refunds Manager include:

• Manage and optimise the refunds process

• Ensuring cost effectiveness at all time, alongside customer satisfaction

• Monitoring the entire refund process from issuing to refund, collaborating with various departments for process optimisation

• Ensure clear communications to external and internal stakeholders

• Provide continuous improvement by ensuring compliance and delivering meaningful insights through data analysis.

Profile

To be successful in this position you must have experience working and monitoring refunds closely within a University, ideally with experience using Agresso.

You must be immediately available.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are essential to this role.
