We are thrilled to partner with a leading charity to recruit a compassionate referrals coordinator to onboard ex-offenders with this charity to ensure they get the support they need. You will be based at their Kennington office 3 days a week with ad-hoc travel to sites in Southwark and Tower Hamlets.In this role, you will:
- Handle Referrals: Manage incoming referrals from various sources such as family, probation, prison, charity partners, and our website. Track the origin of referrals to optimize support strategies.
- Track Participant Numbers: Oversee approximately 130 referrals per quarter, ensuring each individual receives the attention and support they need.
- Collaborate with the Team: Refer clients to the appropriate team members and seamlessly integrate them into our tracker system for streamlined support.
