Mediasphere Group (trading as PowerHouse Hub) owns and promotes the PowerHouse Recruitment Software a new generation in talent communities. We offer partners, job seekers and employers free access to our cloud-based software to create global, national, and sector-based Talent (employers) Marketplaces with linked Talent Communities (job seekers).

We provide a new way for employers to find the right talent using talent pools that deliver matched verified talent profiles of job seekers. We connect our Talent Communities in IT, FinTech, Health and Finance and Banking marketplaces to find jobs and career pathways. We share placement fee revenues with our partners.

Who You Are

  • You are an experienced recruiter who can leverage our existing partners to deploy Talent Marketplace and Talent Communities in a range of sectors in the UK/EU.
  • As an experienced recruiter, you will use our software’s automated functions and provide recruitment services to our partners to drive placement fee revenue.
  • You will manage your own portfolio of partners, clients, and candidates. You will win business and consult with organisations about their recruitment needs and help drive candidate placement.
  • You will promote and sell the recruitment benefits of the private talent community software to employers.
  • You have a minimum of 10 years recruitment experience, with at least 5 years with an international recruitment agency. A focus on permanent recruitment in IT, Health and Finance is desirable.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You also have good listening skills and the ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.

What You Will Do

As the Recruitment Partnership Manager, you will manage existing partners to introduce new Talent Marketplace and Talent Communities. You will identify, approach, and engage new partners to expand sector-based Talent Communities and Marketplaces.

You will provide an outstanding level of service to partners and deliver on their sourcing requirements, utilising proactive sourcing strategies and effective talent pool management, to fulfil our purpose to drive placement of candidates.

Your days will always be different, but you can expect to be:

  • Liaising with our partners senior management teams at UK/EU leading universities, companies, associations, and government departments.
  • Researching, engaging, and appointing new Marketplace and Community partners.
  • Identifying and utilising a broad range of candidate attraction strategies in these projects.
  • Handling the full recruitment process from short-listing, making expert recommendations, offering the successful candidate the position, and staying connected throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilising our smart technology to automate selection processes and produce results.
  • Taking a genuine interest in each persons’ career aspirations in our partner networks.
  • Developing relationships with candidates, employers, and partners in your portfolio.
  • Leveraging Marketplace employer partners to promote the PowerHouse Community in the sector.
  • Selling the PowerHouse Community product to employers to deliver Private Talent Communities.

What You Will Need to Succeed

  • You are an accomplished recruiter in a specialist market and your professionalism and exceptional communication skills will ensure you provide high quality recruitment services.
  • You are a natural in building relationships via industry knowledge and platform understanding. You enjoy a high performing, collaborative culture, and a desire to accelerate your career with recognised training and development.
  • You will have the capacity learn quickly and complete training to become a Product Lead and engage with a Product Specialist team and lead our partners with your product understanding.
  • You will liaise with the Development, Integration and Deployment Teams in the managed build and deployment of the software for the partners.
  • You will liaise with the Marketing Team to ensure the brochures and marketing collateral support the sales process.
  • You will maintain the CRM with all documents, agreements and communication that relates to a partner.

You need to have a detailed understanding of our software applications and become a product specialist when presenting to current and prospective employer and job-seeker partners.
