Recruitment Resourcer

Location: Tunbridge Wells

Salary: Up to £28,000 DOE

Hours: Office-based, Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, early 2pm Friday finish (based on team targets)

The Role

As a Delivery Resourcer, you will be an integral part of the recruitment process, responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing top talent for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about people, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are looking for a clear progression path within recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen high-quality candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates
• Manage the candidate journey from initial contact to placement
• Work closely with Consultants to understand client requirements
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or a customer-focused role (preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Motivated, driven, and eager to learn
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
