The Role: We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Resourcer to support our clients consultants in delivering top-tier recruitment services. This role is pivotal in identifying, attracting, and engaging candidates for a variety of commercial roles. You will work closely with experienced consultants to understand client needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates using various platforms and databases
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments
• Maintain and update candidate records in our CRM system
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
• Assist in the preparation of job advertisements and marketing materials
• Support consultants in managing client relationships and candidate communications

• Previous experience in recruitment or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
