Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Director, and working collaboratively with the Account Directors, your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing a strong understanding of your assigned client contacts, products/services, industry and competitors
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with your clients and establishing yourself as their primary contact and trusted recruitment advisor
- Attending client meetings as required and promoting our services to ensure we are fully networked across all levels, functions and locations
- Identifying candidates for your opportunities using advanced sourcing tools and assessing their suitability and interest in the roles
- Liaising with the Talent Acquisition team to share information and support wider campaigns
- Managing interviews, assessments and subsequent offers to ensure a smooth and successful completion to your recruitment campaigns
- Producing account metrics as required including sales performance and monthly forecasts
- Ensuring that client requests and issues are managed in a timely and effective way with issues escalated as appropriate
Your Profile:
- Previous experience gained within a talent sourcing role would be preferable
- Tenacious with a passion to build long-term partnerships and deliver a first-class service
- Strong analytical and research skills combined with an inquisitive mind
- Commercial and empathetic with a good understanding of business
- Strong communication skills with the ability to question and challenge
- Good understanding of IT and competent with social media and business networking platforms
- Self-motivated and target driven
- Tenacious, ambitious and resilient
