Recruitment Coordinator / Onboarding
Salary: c£27,000
Location: Largely remote
This role is working for an organisation that is growing as a team and function, there’s lots of change and lots of potential opportunities.
This role is fundamental in co-ordinating the recruitment process of each vacancy within your remit, including interaction with hiring managers and applicants.
Recruitment Coordinator /Onboarding Coordinator - Key Responsibilities
- This is a key role within the onboarding process, the role is managing everything from the point a job offer is made to first day.
- You will manage lots of conversations with candidates and hiring managers to ensure all processes are followed, start dates agreed, ensure information on contracts is correct.
- Chase line managers for recruitment related documents and paperwork
- Send out offer packs and contracts
- Liaise with both candidates and line managers to confirm start dates
- Supporting the On boarding process - organise references and ensure they’re completed.
- Organise DBS checks are completed within timeframes.
- Send out offer packs and contracts
- Ensure all documentation returned as required
Recruitment / Onboarding Coordinator - Key Skills and Experience
- Experience of a high volume / fast paced recruitment environment having recruited for a variety of roles.
- Good IT, word and Excel spreadsheets
- Able to communicate with a range of stakeholders
