Recruitment Manager
- Annual Salary: £45,000-£55,000 DOE plus discretionary bonus
- Location: onsite based Bradford, West Yorkshire

We are seeking a Recruitment Manager to join a leading healthcare organisation based onsite Monday-Friday in Bradford, West Yorkshire. This high-impact role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle with a strong emphasis on NHS compliance and governance. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, direct candidate sourcing, screening, onboarding, and managing one direct report, all while promoting the organisation's brand and values.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for clinical and non-clinical roles.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Proactively source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and through SEO-driven content on the company website.
- Promote the brand and attract top talent through active marketing and outreach.
- Screen and interview candidates, ensuring alignment with role requirements and company culture.
- Manage compliance processes rigorously, ensuring all hires meet HMRC, GDPR, NHS, and internal governance standards.
- Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process to provide a positive candidate experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and healthcare partners to understand current and future staffing needs.
- Produce data-driven recruitment reports for senior leadership.
- Manage one direct report, supporting their development and ensuring alignment with departmental objectives.
- Oversee the relationship with the outsourced payroll provider and ensure smooth coordination.
- Continuously improve recruitment systems, processes, and candidate experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven track record in recruitment management, ideally in healthcare or the NHS.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment setting.
- Deep understanding of NHS frameworks, compliance, and workforce structures.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident and persuasive communicator, able to handle objections effectively.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and tenacious with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Skilled in candidate sourcing, including LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to promote employer branding and represent the company externally.
