The Opportunity

We’re a growing recruitment agency with a strong client base and high demand for staff. We currently have a small team of commission-based recruiters who bring in clients and manage placements. We’re looking for a Recruitment Director / Business Partner to join us and lead the expansion of the team to 15 commission recruiters, scaling the business and driving growth.

This is a commission-based role with equity, giving you a real stake in the business and high earning potential.

What You’ll Get

  • 50% commission on all placements you manage
  • Equity in the business, with two options:
  • 5–15% equity initially for an investment of £5,000–£15,000 in company job boards, plus proven client base or operational management responsibilities. This investment contributes to job boards and resources to hire staff, and additional equity can be earned over time based on performance.
  • 20–50% equity for an investment of £20,000–£50,000, plus proven client base and/or active operational involvement.

As the founder and director, I will continue to actively manage all aspects of recruitment, including placements, client relationships, and overseeing the team. As our Recruitment Director / Business Partner, you will focus on strategic growth, investment, and leading the expansion of our commission-based team, with support from me in day-to-day operations. This role is designed as a true business partnership, not a solo operational position.

  • Proven recruitment experience or director role (any sector)
  • Strong candidate sourcing and client management skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
  • Leadership ability to manage and grow a commission-based team

  • Interest in a director-level partnership with commission and equity

Earnings & Investment

  • Estimated first-year earnings: £35,000–£60,000+, with significant upside for high performers
  • Investment: £5,000–£50,000 depending on chosen equity option
  • Equity: 5–50% ownership in the business, tied to performance and contribution
