Recruitment Coordinator - Eclectic Recruitment : Job Details

We’re excited to be working exclusively with a long-standing client based in the heart of Cambridge. Our client is a not-for-profit that are on the lookout for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their friendly and supportive team. This is a full-time, permanent position, that will require 2 days per week in the Cambridge office.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process
• Scheduling interviews and liaising with hiring managers
• Posting job adverts and managing applicant tracking systems
• Supporting with onboarding and new starter paperwork
• Assisting with wider HR administrative duties when needed

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience within a similar role
• Can manage multiple tasks and deadlines with confidence
• Works well in a team environment
• IT proficiency
