Recruiting Coordinator - Graduate ProgrammesLocation: LondonContract: 5-month FTC | Starting ASAPRate: £24.40 - £26.09 per hourWe're working with a leading global organisation to hire a highly organised and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support their Early Careers and Intern Programmes team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, people-driven environment where no two days are the same and the work genuinely makes a difference to early talent across the globe.The RoleAs a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll be joining a close-knit and collaborative team that looks after the full intern lifecycle; from onboarding to offboarding, for students and early careers talent across multiple regions. You'll play a key role in making sure the intern experience runs smoothly, and in delivering a high standard of support to candidates, hiring managers, and wider programme stakeholders.If you're someone who thrives in an environment where things move quickly, enjoys problem-solving, and has excellent attention to detail, this role could be your perfect next move.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Acting as a key point of contact for interns and hiring managers, providing timely, friendly support via email and case management tools.
  • Coordinating onboarding, induction, training and offboarding logistics for interns globally.
  • Supporting programme managers in delivering early careers activities and events.
  • Managing intern scheduling, documentation and data accuracy across internal systems.
  • Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a high-quality experience.
  • Finding ways to improve and streamline admin processes where possible.
  • Supporting ad-hoc operational and project work linked to intern experience and early careers initiatives.

What We're Looking ForEssential:

  • 1+ years' experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, logistics, operations or a similar support role.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced or ambiguous environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint.

Preferred:

  • Degree or diploma in HR or a related subject.
  • Previous experience in high-volume scheduling and calendar management.
  • Experience in an international or matrix organisation.
  • Solid Excel skills (e.g. PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
