JOB ROLE: Recruitment Coordinator - IT / Technology - Immediate Start

HOURS: 4 days a week 9am - 5pm

SALARY: £14 - 16 per hour

DURATION: 4 - 6 Weeks cover

LOCATION: Brighton

What You'll Do:As an Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the hiring process, ensuring attract and retain top talent. Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing Candidates: utilise various platforms to identify potential candidates who fit culture and skill requirements.
• Coordinating Interviews: Schedule and organise interviews, ensuring a smooth process for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Onboarding Support: Assist in preparing new hires for their journey, making sure they feel welcomed and informed.
• Database Management: Maintain applicant tracking system and ensure candidate information is up-to-date and organised.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide support throughout the recruitment process.
