We’re looking for a committed and collaborative person to join us as a Recruitment Consultant with our Contract team within the Water- an area seeing sustained investment and long-term demand across the UK.

This role offers the opportunity to step into an Electrical desk which has previously been very well established at Matchtech, with the market already mapped out and client and candidate leads immediately available to the successful candidate.

You’ll be specialising in contract recruitment across key electrical roles within the water industry—you’ll recruit for Controls and Automation engineers. This is a space where demand is high, clients are investing, and the need for skilled contractors is only increasing.

This is not a desk you’ll have to build from scratch; it’s a mapped-out opportunity ready for someone to take ownership and grow.
