Recruitment Consultant – Remote / Hybrid / Bicester - Equation Recruitment : Job Details

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with proven success in bringing on new business and consistent billing.

This role can be based in our Bicester head office, hybrid, or fully remote anywhere in the UK.

• 30% commission above a low, achievable billing threshold

• Experienced in recruitment, with a record of winning new business and billing consistently
• Confident, motivated, and comfortable on the phone
• Results-driven and financially motivated
• Professional, consultative, and able to build lasting relationships
