Revest Recruitment are a new socially responsible recruiter and are looking for a Full 360 Recruiter who wants to be part of a new team that is looking to make a name for themselves and with results aid local charities and organisations with a % of all sales being donated.
Role Overview:
- You will need to be a Self Starter, as this will be a completely cold desk, however, we have no preconception on what Industries / locations for you to target, whether its a Perm / Temp desk or a combination of Both. You will be responsible for making your own pathway with the full 360 recruitment experience. This is very much a sales focused role and you would be expected to hit the ground running and bringing on new clients and roles straight way.

Key Responsibilities:
- Full 360 Recruitment Process: You Control the whole process from business development, negotiating rates to final candidate placement.
- Business Development: This will be the key factor in your success at least initially until you have developed a strong client base. It would be expected that you would bring on board multiple new clients per month.
- Sales & Targets: Full responsibility for hitting agreed sales targets on a monthly / quarterly and annual basis
- Client Management: Build and maintain excellent relationships with your clients ensuring that their staffing needs are met at all times
- Candidate Sourcing & Selection: Attract Talent, Maintain Database, Refer Candidates, Interview and Feedback.
- Compliance & Administration: Ensure CRM System is kept up to date with all workers tickets, licences, identification and up to date availability.
Working Hours:
Part Time Opportunity 16-20 Hours Per Week
Full Time Opportunity 40 Hours Per Week
It is expected for either role that some flexibility either way will be expected as Recruitment is often client / sales performance led so sometime so may be required to work out of the standard 8.30-5.00 to get things achieved, however, you will be given the flexibility to do things that are beneficial to you in these hours as well such as children's school events etc.
