• Our client is keen to speak to an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a busy team focused on professional/white-collar perm roles within the built environment vertical - Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, Contract Managers, Commercial Managers etc
• Warm desk with established clients, but with the drive to take it even further. If you have a strong foundation in recruitment and a flair for BD, this could be your perfect next step!
• Working with a senior director, gaining invaluable insight and guidance
• Taking top-tier candidates to market and finding them their next big move
• Contacting new clients, setting meetings, and building lasting relationships
• Clear path to promotion, either as a stand-alone top biller or taking on a team leadership role in the future
• Minimum of 4 years' recruitment experience (open to recruiters from all verticals!)
• Work in a dynamic, high-performance team with a seasoned director who will mentor you, and with established clients plus an open field to grow your desk further
