What You’ll Be Doing:
- Sourcing Top Talent: Use social media, job platforms, and innovative strategies to attract and identify exceptional educators.
- Building Relationships: Develop meaningful connections with schools and candidates, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Managing Recruitment: Handle the end-to-end process, ensuring smooth placements and positive experiences for both candidates and clients.
- Achieving Targets: Work towards ambitious but achievable goals, supported by a collaborative and energetic team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,500.00-£26,000.00 per year
Additional pay: Commission
