Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage your own recruitment desk.

• Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring compliance and quality standards.

• Conduct referencing, skills assessments, and daily workforce management.

• Maintain strong client relationships through regular site visits and proactive support.

• Drive business growth through targeted sales, marketing, and networking activities.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and resilient under pressure.

• Full UK driving licence (essential for client visits).
