Recruitment Consultant – IT (Permanent Desk)

Cheltenham | Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days home)

£28,000 – £35,000 + up to 30% commission

We’re looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant with strong sales experience to join IMT Resourcing Solutions and take ownership of a permanent IT desk. You’ll be stepping into a warm market with engaged clients and a strong candidate base, giving you the platform to start billing quickly.

This is a sales-focused role where you’ll win new business, grow accounts, and build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. We’re a growing specialist recruitment business, and as part of a start-up environment you’ll have the freedom to shape your desk and the opportunity to build a team around you as we expand.
