The role:

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle – from business development and client management to candidate sourcing and placement
• Building strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Working towards and achieving agreed targets and KPIs

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in recruitment (agency or in-house) is desirable, but we’ll also consider ambitious sales professionals keen to step into recruitment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven personality
• A team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
