The Role

As a recruiter, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs, and matching the right people to the right roles. You'll manage the recruitment process from start to finish, with support and training provided throughout.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Confident making calls and building new relationships
• Previous experience as a recruiter, or in customer service or sales, is desirable but not essential
