We have an exciting role for a Sales Recruitment Consultant to cover Suffolk, Cambridge and Essex!
You will be recruiting for senior sales professionals across the Construction, Manufacturing and Engineering sectors. Companies are always on the lookout for talented sales candidates to drive revenues and win business.
Location: Connexions, 159 Princes Street, Ipswich, IP1 1QJ
Hybrid working: 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home after the initial transition period.
Salary: £26,000- £35,000 dependent on previous level of recruitment experience) plus uncapped commission earning potential
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday
Contract: Full time and permanent

What You'll Be Doing?
Comprehensive Sales and 360 Recruitment Process: Take charge of the entire recruitment cycle, emphasising business development and client acquisition. From initial job briefings and candidate sourcing to conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and closing deals, you'll be at the forefront of driving revenue growth.
Proactive Candidate Sourcing: Leverage job boards, referrals, and headhunting techniques via platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter. Actively source candidates through advertising, social media, and referrals. Register and interview candidates, conduct thorough background checks, and match them with suitable job opportunities. Ensure timely and effective promotion of candidates for interviews to fill vacancies promptly.
Strategic Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional service and expert advice.
