We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing Accountancy & Finance team, covering both temporary and permanent recruitment across the stunning counties of Devon and Cornwall.

Under the energetic leadership of Kyle Raven, a passionate advocate for service excellence and consultant development, you’ll be part of a team that’s not only smashing growth targets but also building careers and making a real impact in the local market.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing a dual desk (temp & perm) within the Accountancy & Finance sector
• Building and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates
• Delivering tailored recruitment solutions with a consultative approach
• Driving business development and contributing to the continued success of one of Reed’s top-performing offices
• Consistently hitting or exceeding individual and team sales targets
• Collaborating with a supportive, high-achieving team in a values-driven environment
