We recruit accountants at all levels across a wide variety of sectors. We have been operating for 8 years, and our team has over 45 years of recruitment experience.  What You'll Be Doing
  • Business Development – Winning new clients and growing your desk.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Engagement – Finding and securing top talent.
  • Account Management – Building lasting relationships and securing repeat business.
  • Post-Placement Care – Supporting candidates and clients beyond the hire.
  • Marketing & Brand Growth – Writing content, adverts, and driving recruitment visibility.
What We're Looking For
  • A Proven Recruiter– You will need to have recruitment experience within an agency. 
  • White-Collar Recruitment Experience– Experience in white collar recruitment is a must. Ideally, if you know the difference between a financial and a management accountant, that would be a huge plus.
  • Business Development & Sales Savvy– Comfortable winning new clients.
  • Account Management Expertise– Able to gain repeat business and build lasting partnerships.
  • Candidate Resourcing Excellence– You find top-tier professionals where others can't.
  • Confidence at Senior Level– You'll work closely with MDs, CFOs, and finance leaders.
  • Independent & Self-Motivated– No micromanaging, but plenty of support.
