We are hiring a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant right at the start, to grow the business and grow your career! You will have direct input into all aspects of the business giving you real independence and job satisfaction every day!Working Hours 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday (1 hour lunch)Business Development (sales), cold calling, meetings, presentations and generating the data base with free access to the entire territoryWriting great ads to attract candidates, screening and interviewingSelecting applicants and filling vacanciesClient Account Management, building authentic, great business relationshipsManaging candidate pool and their expectationsKey Skills:You will be hard working and have lots of resilience for the inevitable setbacks, whilst radiating enthusiasm and positivity. You will be comfortable working in a small team, with the ability to motivate yourself and stay focused.
