We are looking for a dynamic individual to take on a multi-site recruitment role, engaging with clients and candidates across Southend, Rayleigh, Basildon, Thurrock, and surrounding areas. This is a chance to join an established team within a thriving client area, specialising in support staff recruitment for various sectors.
Day to Day of the role:
- Learn the candidate market and sector intricacies.
- Rapidly progress to business development, client visits, and candidate placements in a job-driven market.
- Develop business relationships and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Work to tight deadlines and quickly respond to candidate and client needs.
- Collaborate with an experienced management team to support and drive business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven ability to develop business and multitask effectively.
- Experience in field sales, retail management, or as a small business owner is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ambition and enthusiasm to be a market leader.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
