Launched in January 2024 Thrive Group Wakefield is currently in the early stages of growth and building a new branch location for the Thrive Group network. Seeing success over the first quarter we are now looking to build on our team and are looking for a strong 360 Recruitment Consultant to join team Wakefield!

From the strategic to the short term we help clients deliver their capability & perform at their best, through workforce recruitment, management & planning.

The candidate:-

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably as a 360 recruitment consultant. (All sectors considered)
  • Strong ability to communicate and build relationships with clients and candidates of all levels effectively and efficiently.
  • Have the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines on a daily basis and be able to prioritise effectively.
  • Show and demonstrate success in meeting and exceeding targets with previous roles and have the ability to explain how you meet targets and KPI's.
  • Experience working with internal CRM Systems

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use various sourcing methods to identify and attract top-tier candidates for open positions.
  • Screen candidates through interviews and assessments to assess their qualifications, skills, and suitability. Be confident in contract negotiations on candidates behalf and have a clear understanding of candidates market worth.
  • Develop new business relationships and maintain relationships with clients to understand requirements & issues and to negotiate "best proce" for the work undertaken
  • Provide exceptional candidate care throughout the recruitment process and continuously strive for excellence.
  • Ensure that all candidates are registered and "job ready" & compliant.

Key Points:

  • You will be in the early stages working hybrid with home & office location working until branch location is secured.
  • Salary - £26,000 -£30,000 p/a
  • Monday - Friday with flexible start times
  • Opportunity to build a career and progress.
