• Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum with uncapped bonus

Reed, the largest family-owned recruitment business in the world, is looking for a passionate Recruitment Consultant to join our Bournemouth team, specialising in accountancy and finance. With over 60 years of experience, we are dedicated to improving lives through work. As a Temporaries Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in this mission.

• Develop new business opportunities through outbound calls and networking.
• Conduct meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their recruitment needs.
• Source and attract candidates for temporary accountancy roles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
• Work towards targets and KPIs, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week after a training period.
