WARRINGTON 

£25,000 - £32,000

KPI Recruiting are hiring for an EXPERIENCED RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT to join the team in Warrington. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a successful business, who have been established for almost 16 years and have been recognised as one of the fastest growing recruitment agencies for the last two years running. 

Responsibilities;

• Managing an existing client base 
• Developing relationships and attending planned service meetings
• Business development calls
• Responsible for the sales cycle 
• Leads chasing 
• Interviewing & marketing out suitable candidates 
• Working towards deadlines & targets 
• Managing live vacancies, liaising with clients & scheduling interviews 
• Advertising vacancies on job boards, LinkedIn & social media 
• Attending networking events 

This is just a brief overview of your daily duties, the role is varied, with no 2 days the same!
