We have successfully established a working culture that allows our team members to excel while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. We are now seeking an exceptional Recruitment Consultant to join us on a full or part time basis based in our Head Office in Yeovil. Your Role: As a Recruitment Consultant at MASH Group, you will play a vital role in managing and growing our Perms desk. Your past experience in recruitment or sales will be crucial to your success in this position. We have existing clients for you to work with, but we also encourage you to expand your network and bring in new business opportunities, which will be rewarded with a competitive UNCAPPED commission structure. Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and growing the Perms desk with a focus on Engineering/Trade, Professional Services, PR/Marketing, Food & Drink/Hospitality sectors Health and Social Care (which you can specialise in or be a generalist)
• Utilising your strong social media presence, especially on LinkedIn, to engage with potential clients and candidates.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with local businesses to enhance your network.
• Delivering an exceptional candidate experience by understanding their needs and aspirations.

Requirements:

• Ideally a proven track record in running a Perms desk within the recruitment industry.
• Strong social media presence, particularly on LinkedIn, and a background in networking and business development.
• A passion for providing the best possible experience to all candidates.
• Living within a commutable distance from our Head Office in Yeovil
