Package: £30,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (Year 1 OTE £40k, Year 2 £70k, Year 3 £90k)

Our client are seeking motivated Recruiters and sales professionals to join their award winning team on the tech desk assisting in sourcing the professionals concerned with putting the planet first.

The Role:

As our Recruitment Maestro, you'll be the architect of talent acquisition, weaving together the perfect tapestry of skills, experience, and cultural fit. Your mission: scout, engage, and attract top-tier talent that not only meets but exceeds our expectations. This is more than a job; it's a chance to sculpt the future through the people you source. You will manage end to end recruitment processes including:

  • CV and Telephone Screening.
  • Strong focus on building relationships with prospective candidates and clients.
  • Work towards promotional targets onboarding greater responsibility at each step.
  • Learn and become a master of your market.
  • Conducting interviews that go beyond the résumé to uncover the essence of each candidate.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver on recruitment goals.
  • Complete business development through lead generation
  • Develop your own personal brand on LinkedIn.

The Requirements:

  • 1 year minimum in B2B Sales or 360 Recruitment Experience
  • Strong communication skills.
