Recruitment Consultant - Bedford - Basic Salary £25,000 - OTE - £45,000 - Fantastic Career prospects -   About KPI People: We are a Specialist Permanent & Temporary Recruitment agency, working in the Automotive sector. Our primary area of activity is servicing Motor trade Dealership groups across the UK. We work in a modern open plan office based in the centre of Bedford; Our people are very closely knit, where teamwork and interaction are a very big part of why we are successful. Our IT and communications systems are best in practice, and our desire for growth and success is unrelenting. The sector we work in is very busy with a good mix of both reactive and proactive business. The person: KPI People are now seeking a Recruitment Consultant that has 360 agency experience. We are completely open to the type of consultant, designing a role to suit the interest/strengths of the individual.  So, for example this could be working as a Temporary or Permanent Consultant. We place all over the UK, so would seek assign a region to you. Please note due to the nature of our businesses model this is an office-based role and we do not employ remote/Hybrid staff.   Essential experience: 2 years 360 Recruitment agency exp: dealing with both clients and Candidates. Good understanding of IT systems/administration, and social media Self-Starter taking responsibility for your role/clients/candidates.
