We are currently looking to add an experienced recruitment consultant to work in our brand new offices in St. Paul's Square.

Recruitment is a sales based, targeted environment where B2B cold calling, business development and client relationships are key to your success. You must be dynamic and have the desire to succeed, enjoy interaction with people and thrive in a team environment.

Day to day duties:

• Working from our in house CRM you will be searching and matching candidates to client jobs
• Establishing contact with potential new clients to understand their recruitment needs
• Interviewing candidates either face to face or via media platforms such as MS Teams & Zoom
• Building/writing CV’s with candidates and market them appropriately
• Developing existing contracts and increasing the value of Proactive Personnel to the client
• Managing the full recruitment cycle from an incoming role through to completion.
