Package: 24k Base Salary (40k OTE Year 1, 50k OTE Year 2, 60k OTE Year 3)

The Role

• Building relationships with candidates
• Meeting clients and candidates face to face
• Maintenance of existing relationships through Account Management
• Interviewing and preparing candidates
• Developing a personal brand in your chosen market
