Recruitment Consultant

Package: £25K + Basic Salary (£40K OTE Year 1, £60K OTE Year 2, £80K + OTE Year 3)

Recruitment is a dynamic sales role in which you act as the vital link between candidates and clients. You will build relationships with clients on a B2B level, both on the phone and in person. Once you have secured their business, you will be tasked with sourcing top talent in your space, converse with candidates and qualifying them thoroughly, before guiding them through the interview process and eventually closing the deal and negotiating contracts.

Like any role, Recruitment has its ups and downs, but the rewards are unrivalled. You will earn uncapped commission on the placements you make, on top of an already competitive basic salary. You will work towards targets and deadlines in a fast paced environment, earning promotions as you do in one of the fastest growing industries in the world.
