Role SnapshotAs a 360° Recruitment Consultant you’ll own the full sales & delivery cycle:
Business Development - map target accounts, book C-level meetings, pitch retained & contingent solutions.
Candidate Acquisition - advertise, head-hunt, run Boolean searches, screen & interview talent across Hong Kong / PRC.
Account Management - negotiate fees, draft Terms of Business, prepare short-lists, schedule interviews, manage offers and visa formalities.
Market Intelligence - produce quarterly salary guides and talent-mapping reports for clients.
Compliance - uphold the Employment Ordinance, PDPO data-privacy rules and EAA Code of Conduct; maintain spotless CRM records.
You will report to a Division Manager (Technology or Financial Services, depending on your background) and mentor a Research Associate within six months.

Must-Have Qualifications1-3 years agency or in-house recruitment OR B2B sales with clear billings/targets history. If you havent got the required experience, we want to hear from people who thik they still have what it takes to do it!
Fluent English.
Confidence cold-calling senior executives in Hong Kong’s relationship-driven market.
Solid grasp of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and PDPO, or willingness to learn fast.
Experience with Bullhorn, JobAdder or similar ATS/CRM.
LinkedIn Recruiter certification or HKIHRM membership.
Base salary HK $20 000 - 35 000 (DOE) + uncapped commission to 50% of billings.
Quarterly high achiever trips (Tokyo 2024, Sydney 2025 planned).
Comprehensive medical & dental, MPF, 20 days annual leave rising to 30.
Laptop, LinkedIn Recruiter licence.
Hybrid model — three days in our Grade-A Central office, two days WFH.
Clear promotion ladder: Consultant ? Senior ? Managing Consultant ? Team Lead, with equity options at Manager level.
