40% Commission + Bonus's

Our client is a leading recruitment agency specialising in the global technology sector, operating in both the EU and US markets. With a vibrant office culture based in Brighton, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our clients and candidates alike.

The Role: As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities. This is a warm desk and warm market environment, offering plenty of room for professional growth and development. Your average fee will be around 18k, with the potential for lucrative commissions and an OTE of up to 80k.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in engineering or manufacturing recruitment is essential.
• A proactive and results-driven approach to client and candidate management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Open minded approach to learning a new niche market
