We’re hiring an Education Recruitment Consultant to join this Birmingham-based team. Whether you’re fresh to the game or already have a few deals under your belt — if you’ve got drive, resilience, and a hunger to build a big desk, I want to hear from you.

This is a phone-heavy, people-focused role where confidence, pace, and personality matter more than your current sector. You’ll be building relationships with schools and education professionals, managing your own patch, and making a real impact in an industry that actually changes lives.

• Some sales or recruitment experience (doesn’t have to be in education)
• A natural phone presence – you love building rapport and closing deals
• Energy, ambition, and a positive mindset
• Someone who wants to learn, grow, and build a long-term career
