We are seeking a sales-driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Chelmsford office in our Senior Finance Recruitment team. As a Senior Consultant, your primary focus will be to develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and you will be recruiting the best and most experienced candidates for interim roles within this busy sector. The desk available in this market has derived its success from developing meaningful relationships with our clients, billing over 320K in the last year, with genuine potential to grow more.

Your new role

The responsibilities of a Senior Recruitment Consultant include:

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers.Sourcing, screening and recruiting top-tier candidates for interim roles.Drafting reports, ensuring compliance across all activities, and participating in internal projects.Contribute to the development and growth of the business

Due to the fees already in the area and the potential we have here, to be successful you will need to meet the following criteria:

You will have experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant or above as well as a proven track record in business development and recruitment. You will be a highly driven, ambitious, and inspiring individual who can drive success in those around you and navigate the highs and lows of recruitment with resilience.
