We have an exciting opportunity to join us at NGN on a permanent basis as a Recruitment Co-ordinator.
As the Recruitment Co-ordinator you will support the full end to end recruitment process cycle providing co-ordination and administration support. Throughout all aspects of the process, you will focus on delivering the best candidate experience, ensuring the candidate is engaged and has a positive experience throughout the various stages.
Working with the Recruitment Lead and advisor you will fully support the recruitment process with a particular focus on owning the candidate onboarding process. This will include supporting candidates with pre-employment checks, daily management of the recruitment mailbox and scheduling interviews.
You will also have an opportunity to support in some exciting recruitment projects such as reviewing our ways of working to support diversity and inclusion, recruitment branding and utilising our ATS system.

We are ... Northern Gas Networks. We deliver gas to 2.7 million homes and businesses in the North East, Northern Cumbria and much of Yorkshire. That is around 6.7million individual customers. We don’t generate or sell the gas, but we transport it to homes and businesses in our region through a vast network of underground pipes.
