Currently Seeking a Recruitment Business Partner to join the team on a 12 month FTC basis. Your new roleAs a Talent and Resourcing Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the organisation's talent acquisition strategy. Reporting to the Head of Talent and Resourcing, you'll lead on senior-level recruitment, workforce planning, and strategic resourcing initiatives. You'll also support with process improvements, training, and the development of recruitment procedures, acting as a key advisor to senior stakeholders across the UK and globally. In the absence of the Head of Talent and Resourcing, you'll step in to ensure continuity and operational leadership.Key Duties:

• Provide guidance and support to senior managers on talent acquisition processes, best practices, workforce planning.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for senior roles, including sourcing, assessment, and selection of high-caliber candidates.
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, collaborating closely to understand talent needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
• Proactively identify and engage top talent through various channels, maintaining a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future roles.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimisation efforts UK wide and globally.

What you'll need to succeed

• Extensive in-house, full-cycle recruitment experience
• A proven track record of leading HR and recruitment projects
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels
• Experience using ATS, job boards, and sourcing tools
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• CIPD Level 5 (desirable)
