Recruitment and Retention Manager - Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited : Job Details

Your new roleAs the Recruitment and Retention Manager, you will lead the design and delivery of strategic talent acquisition and retention initiatives within an exhilarating environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring the organisation attracts, hires, and retains high-quality talent. This role is embedded within a specialist, fast-paced business and requires a high level of discretion, professionalism, and strategic thinking.

You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing retention strategies, and working closely with internal stakeholders to enhance the employee experience. Your work will directly support workforce stability, employee engagement, and long-term organisational growth.

THIS ROLE IS BASED 5 DAYS ONSITE IN HIGH WYCOMBE AND IS A HIGHLY CONFIDENTIAL ROLEWhat you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in recruitment and/or talent management
• Strong understanding of employment law and best practices in recruitment and retention
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in workforce planning or organisational development (desirable)
• Familiarity with HR systems and applicant tracking software (desirable)
• CIPD qualification
