Recruitment Resource and Compliance Coordinator Ruislip £23 - £25k + bonus structure (additional £2k-£3k per year)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating potential candidates for exciting construction projects.
• Assist with the seamless onboarding process for new hires, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Manage compliance documentation with precision and accuracy, including right to work checks and health and safety records.
• Ensure timely submission of weekly timesheets for workers on key projects and
• Maintain direct communication with contractors, offering support and assistance where needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in recruitment, administration, or a related field is advantageous.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to thrive in a busy and dynamic environment.
• Superb communication skills for effective interaction with contractors and team members.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.
• Familiarity with compliance regulations in the construction industry is preferred.
